Free trial terms

Article 1: Organizer

The trial is offered by Semirprod, a sole proprietorship (entreprise individuelle), SIREN 982 900 144, 2 rue Charles Baudelaire, 76100 Rouen, France (contact@semirprod.fr).

Article 2: Purpose

These terms govern free, temporary access to the features of the Pro tier of the Semirprod subscription. They supplement the Terms of Service, which apply during the trial. In case of conflict, these terms prevail for the duration of the trial.

Article 3: Duration

The trial runs from Thursday, October 22, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. to Sunday, October 25, 2026 at 11:59 p.m., Paris time. No free access is granted outside this period.

Article 4: Eligibility

The trial is open to any Semirprod workspace that has no active subscription at the time it is used. An account is required; creating one is free.

Workspaces that already have a subscription are not affected: their subscription continues to apply under the terms of their plan.

Article 5: What is included, and limits

During the trial, the workspace gets the features of the Pro tier, within the following limits:

• the IRL hours allowance of the Pro tier, i.e. 30 hours, counted over the calendar month; hours already used during the month are deducted from it;
• a single connected device at a time: using several simultaneous sources (multicam) is excluded;
• a number of simultaneous free streams limited to 20 across the whole platform. When this limit is reached, starting a new free stream is refused until a slot frees up. A stream already in progress is not interrupted because of this limit.

Article 6: Free of charge, no commitment

The trial is entirely free. No payment method is requested and nothing is charged for it.

The trial does not turn into a subscription. Any later subscription results from a separate, voluntary step and is subject to the Terms of Sale.

Article 7: End of the trial

When the trial ends, free access to the features of the Pro tier stops automatically, with no formality and no charge.

Article 8: Fair use

Use of the trial must comply with the Terms of Service, the law and the rules of the streaming platforms used. Semirprod may suspend or withdraw a workspace's access to the trial without notice, in particular in the event of:

• creating multiple accounts or workspaces to get around the limits of Article 5;
• use that breaks the law or infringes the rights of third parties;
• interference with the operation or security of the service.

Article 9: Availability and liability

The trial is provided free of charge and as is. Semirprod guarantees neither continuous availability of the service nor that a free stream slot will be available at any given time.

Semirprod may change, shorten or suspend the trial for technical or security reasons, or any other legitimate reason, without this giving rise to any compensation. Changes are published on this page.

Nothing in these terms limits the rights consumers hold under mandatory legal provisions, or Semirprod's liability in the event of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Article 10: Personal data

Data processed as part of the trial is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

Article 11: Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Complaints, consumer mediation and the competent court are those set out in Articles 13 and 14 of the Terms of Sale.
