1. Security, Confidentiality and API Access Management

1.1 Security of API keys

• API keys and credentials for external services must never be shared.
• semirprod.fr will never ask you for your private credentials, secrets or passwords.
• All integrations use OAuth2 or the official authorisation systems.
• Tokens are stored securely and in line with good practice.

1.2 Data and Confidentiality

• We only collect the data strictly necessary for the operation of the service.
• No data is sold. It is only passed on to the providers needed for the service, listed in the Privacy Policy.
• You retain full control over the access granted to semirprod.fr.

1.3 User responsibility

• You are responsible for the security of your accounts on social platforms.
• You must comply with all the rules and terms specific to each integrated service.

2. How the integrations work

Our service connects to the following platforms, when you choose to:

• Twitch: receipt of the chat of your live streams; Semirprod chat bot (messages, commands, and moderation when you make it a moderator); depending on the features you enable: changing the title and category, running an ad break, creating clips, managing VIPs and moderators, reading subscriptions, follows, bits and channel points for alerts, overlays and modules
• TikTok, YouTube: receipt of the chat of your live streams
• Discord: linking of your account and role assignment

All access, data and actions are subject to your prior approval during authentication.

3. Data collected and use

3.1 Data collected

Depending on the permissions granted, we may retrieve:

• Your username and profile picture
• Your internal platform identifiers
• Your associated channels or accounts
• The public chat messages of your live streams
• Your channel events: subscriptions, follows, bits, raids and channel point redemptions, with the username of their author

3.2 Data not collected

• Your private messages
• Your passwords
• Your sensitive data

3.3 Use of data

The data is used exclusively to:

• Allow you to log in to our services
• Display the chat of your live streams and assign your Discord roles
• Operate the chat bot, alerts, overlays and modules you enable
• Ensure the proper functioning of your user area

4. Acceptable use policy

This policy applies to all Semirprod services: live streaming (Semirprod subscription) and Cloud OBS.

It applies to what you stream, record, send or store, whether the content is public, private or restricted to a limited audience, and whether it is produced by you, by your guests or by your audience.

4.1 Complying with the rules of third-party platforms

• Comply with the terms of each connected platform (TikTok, Meta, Google, Twitch, etc.).
• Do not use our services to automate actions that these platforms prohibit.
• Do not circumvent the limitations they impose.

4.2 Unlawful content

The following are prohibited, without exception:

• Child sexual abuse material and any sexual depiction of a minor.
• Terrorist content, and the glorification of and incitement to terrorism.
• Incitement to hatred, violence or discrimination, in particular on the grounds of origin, religion, sex, sexual orientation or disability.
• The glorification of crimes against humanity and the denial of their existence.
• Death threats, and incitement to suicide or self-harm.
• Extreme violence and real gore content, outside journalistic or documentary treatment.
• Trafficking in drugs, weapons, protected species or human beings, and procuring (pimping).
• The disclosure of third parties' personal data, the distribution of intimate content without consent, sexual deepfakes, and the recording of people without their knowledge.
• Harassment, cyberharassment and coordinated smear campaigns.

4.3 Adult content

Pornography, sexual nudity, explicit sexual acts and sexually suggestive content for commercial purposes are prohibited on all services, live or recorded, including behind age verification.

4.4 Copyright and neighbouring rights

• Rebroadcasting a protected work without holding the rights: films, series, television programmes.
• Rebroadcasting a sports competition without holding the rights.
• Streaming music that is not cleared for online streaming.
• Circumventing a technical protection measure.

You are solely responsible for holding the necessary authorisations for any content streamed, including background music, excerpts and content provided by your guests.

4.5 Security and use of the infrastructure

• Distributing or storing malware, ransomware or exploit code.
• Setting up phishing pages or impersonating the appearance of a brand.
• Running scans, denial-of-service attacks or brute-force attacks from our servers, or operating a network of compromised machines.
• Mining crypto-assets.
• Operating an open relay or a Tor exit node, or reselling bandwidth.
• Sending unsolicited bulk messages.
• Circumventing quotas or reselling the service without written agreement. Account sharing is covered by Article 4.7.
• Conducting a penetration test on the Semirprod infrastructure without prior written authorisation.

4.6 Misuse of the streaming services

The Semirprod streaming services are provided to stream the customer's content, from their account, to the destinations they configure. Any other use is misuse, whatever the reason given. The following are in particular prohibited:

• routing through our infrastructure a stream that does not originate from the customer, or re-transmitting it on behalf of a third party;
• using the streaming services as a mere relay, gateway or distribution network for the benefit of an external service;
• sharing, reselling or reusing a stream key, an ingest token, a reception URL or a pairing link, including between organisations;
• connecting to a streaming session, a remotely controlled OBS or a device one does not own, or circumventing the pairing mechanism that protects them;
• capturing, re-recording or redistributing the stream of another Semirprod customer;
• modifying, intercepting or replaying the exchanges between the application, the OBS extension and our servers.

Such conduct results in immediate suspension under Article 6.2, and in a ban where it is deliberate.

4.7 Accounts and access sharing

A Semirprod account is personal and nominative. Account sharing is strictly prohibited.

• Credentials may not be shared, lent, assigned or resold, including within the same organisation.
• Each person who accesses the service must have their own account, invited to the organisation with their own role.
• A seat corresponds to one natural person. Several people may not take turns on the same seat.
• In particular, generic accounts shared between several people, the rotation of credentials between colleagues, and any arrangement intended to fit several users onto a single paid access are prohibited.

The account holder is answerable for everything done with their credentials, including by a person to whom they have entrusted them. They inform Semirprod without delay of any use they have not authorised.

Where sharing is found, Semirprod gives the customer formal notice to regularise the situation. Failing this, it may invoice the missing seatsfor the period concerned, suspend access, and then terminate. Technical access intended for integrations goes through the tokens provided for that purpose, never through sharing an individual's credentials.

4.8 Fraud and deception

• Fraud, fake financial investments, crypto-asset scams.
• Gambling and betting offered without approval from the French National Gaming Authority (Autorité nationale des jeux).
• Impersonation of a person, a brand or a public authority.
• Fake reviews, buying audience, manipulation of streaming statistics.
• Payment fraud, abusive chargebacks, use of stolen means of payment.

4.9 Protection of minors

• Streaming featuring a minor requires the written authorisation of the holder of parental authority.
• A minor under 15 may not open an account without the consent of the holder of parental authority.

5. Reporting content

Any content streamed or recorded through our services may be reported to abus@semirprod.fr. A useful report specifies the exact address of the content, the date and time if it is a live stream, and the reason given.

Every report is examined. Semirprod promptly removes any manifestly unlawful content of which it becomes aware, and acts without delay on orders from the competent authorities. The author of the content is informed of the removal and the reason for it, except where the law or an authority prevents it.

6. Sanctions

6.1 Graduated measures

In the event of a breach of Article 4, Semirprod applies, depending on the seriousness:

• a written warning, removal of the content concerned, and a period to comply;
• suspension of the service concerned;
• termination of the contract and a ban from all services.

6.2 Immediate suspension

Suspension takes place without prior warning in the case of unlawful content within the meaning of Article 4.2, compromise or abuse of the infrastructure within the meaning of Article 4.5, misuse of the streaming services within the meaning of Article 4.6, or on the order of a competent authority. Semirprod then retains the evidence required and makes the reports required by law.

6.3 Scope of the ban

The ban applies to all Semirprod services: live streaming (Semirprod subscription) and Cloud OBS. There is a single account, and a banned person cannot remain in the infrastructure through another service. Opening a new account to circumvent a ban is itself a breach.

6.4 Financial consequences

Termination for breach gives no right to any refund, including for the period paid in advance. Sums still owed remain payable.

6.5 Challenge

Any measure may be challenged in writing at contact@semirprod.fr, setting out the elements that call it into question. Semirprod gives a reasoned reply within 15 working days and restores the service if the challenge is well founded.

7. Limits and Liability

• semirprod.fr depends directly on the operation of external APIs.
• Social platforms may modify, limit or revoke their APIs without notice.
• We are not responsible for interruptions, errors or restrictions imposed by these platforms.
• You are responsible for the content you publish through our service.
• semirprod.fr cannot be held liable for incorrect configuration or non-compliant use.
